  • How do I engage Proud Consulting's services?
    Give us a call and we can get started by discussing what you need and how we can help. As consultants, we scope every project from scratch with you, as every client is unique! We usually work on a time and materials basis, meaning that we price our work with you based on the time required to complete the work. We will give you a clear view of the time required, the outcomes and deliverables you get, and the cost upfront when we scope the work. We always scope the work with you based on your needs and budget- there is no one size fits all. How we actually interact with your business and team, and the time frames etc. is entirely down to your preferences. We can be fully involved in things everyday if need be, or, working a pre-agreed number of days each week for example to achieve particular deliverables.
  • How much do your services cost?
    We have a day rate structure which varies depending on the length of the project and the type of client we are working with, for example, we usually apply lower rates if the work is long-term, or if we're working with a charity. Please contact us for more information on costs- we're always happy to discuss options and work out a budget that suits you!
  • How does invoicing work?
    We invoice on a monthly basis, unless we've agreed an alternative arrangement with you.
  • Who will be working with us day-to-day?
    Firstly, your main point of contact will be Vic proud, our CEO. She'll be accountable for making you happy and will be at the end of the phone whenever you need! Delivery of the work will most likely be Vic plus the fantastic associates who work with Proud Consulting depending on the type of work we're doing. You'll also have a small office support team who can assist with any admin needs such as paying invoices etc.
