Chartered Occupational Psychologist
As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with 20 years management consulting experience, our founder, Victoria Proud, brings a wealth of knowledge, and practical know-how to help businesses thrive through focusing on their people.
Victoria supports business leaders on both a professional and personal level, with a genuine curiosity and passion for helping them bring more of themselves into their pursuits.


Doing our bit to care of our beautiful planet
Like most of us, we're saddened to see the destructive impact that we humans are having on the delicate natural equilibrium of our planet, and we're committed to doing our bit to help preserve our beautiful home and all the creatures in it.
What we’re doing to become climate positive:
We are promising to regularly measure and report our greenhouse gas emissions, and implement decarbonization strategies in line with the Paris Agreement through:
• Keeping all our work digital
• Working remotely and completing only essential business travel
• Reducing, reusing, and recycling plastics at home
• Using energy-efficient appliances
• Reducing food waste and meat consumption as part of our diet, and buying locally-sourced food
• Contributing to green-energy and charitable initiatives


Through our contributions to the REDD+ Brazil Nut Concessions project, we have also contributed to the protection of 1,999m2 of rainforest conservation in the Amazon and removed 1.39t of CO2 through carbon offsetting.
