Created and delivered a programme of change management support throughout the duration of the merger, supporting all staff with understanding the necessary changes to how the business would be operating and adapting successfully to the new operating model. Our change support included: supporting stakeholder management and leadership alignment at the most senior levels within the business, writing and delivering effective business communications, managing and running staff briefing sessions, and delivering impactful training on areas of new skills and knowledge.
