Created a highly personal and unique set of values and behaviours for the business, co-created with managers and leaders to ensure the behaviours felt completely aligned to their business purpose. The new manager behaviours were the starting point for delivering a development programme which supported managers with becoming more confident and able to drive high-performance. Beyond the development programme, we worked with HR to ensure the new behaviours were embedded throughout core processes such as recruitment, performance management and career development.
